I am the principal tenant on a 2-office suite plus lobby in the Odd Fellows Building at the corner of Park and Santa Clara in Downtown Alameda. I work out of one office and the other, an unfurnished 10'11" x 11'6" corner office, is available for full-time rent for $800 a month with a 1-year lease. There is an $800 security deposit, which can be pro-rated over your first 3 months of tenancy. Rent includes utilities, a window air conditioner, and fiber internet access.
This is a lovely space for a psychotherapist, counselor, accountant, CPA, CFP, lawyer, or similar professional. It's centrally located in a very chill building.
The office has two windows, one facing Park Street and one facing Santa Clara Avenue. It is possible to hear street noise throughout the suite, and sirens from the fire station a few blocks away.
The space is shown furnished in the photos below for scale. This is an unfurnished space.
The lobby has a sink, minifridge, and microwave.
The building has two single-stall gender neutral restrooms. There is a building elevator with an entry width of just over two feet.
